Multiple deaths are being reported after a shopping mall collapsed during today's 6.8-magnitude earthquake in southern Japan’s Kumamoto Prefecture. The second floor at the Aeon Mall shopping center in Kashima Town collapsed, trapping an unknown number of people as a result of the explosion. Rescue operations were being carried out, the Fire and Disaster Management Agency said.
