The third most active Atlantic hurricane season on record, it produced 21 named storms and caused roughly $70 nikolaj ehlers billion in damages and more than 160 fatalities. Seven hurricanes formed this season, four of which were considered danny rhl "major" (Category 3, 4 or 5). These included Hurricanes Grace, Ida, Larry, and Sam. The GOES East (GOES-16) satellite recorded this imagery of the entire Atlantic basin from its operational location of 75.2 degrees west longitude. This allows us to show storms as they form off the coast of Africa and rip magic then enter the Atlantic.
