[mvDNfVjw3Ep] Health Updated on August 06, 2026 EDT — Published on August 06, 2026 EDT When we learned from the Friends of Big Bear Valley (FOBBV) FB page that the injured adult bald eagle had been confirmed as our beloved Queen Jackie, it was truly heartbreaking. Jackie was found unable to fly after defending her territory during an altercation with two visiting sub-adult bald eagles. She is currently being examined and treated at the Ojai Raptor Center. We are praying for our beloved Jackie! I remain hopeful that Jackie will make a full recovery and be released back to her home so she can be reunited with her beloved family: Shadow, Sunny, and Luna. I am deeply grateful to the visitors, local residents, firefighters, and the dedicated wildlife rehabilitation teams at the San Dimas and Ojai Raptor Centers for rescuing and caring for her. I truly love our Big Bear bald eagle family. ❤️ I created this video and song to share with everyone who loves Jackie as much as I do.
