Citadel CEO Ken Griffin told CNBC's Sara Eisen on Tuesday that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani put him in "harm's way," after Mamdani filmed a video outside of Griffin's residence to unveil a new pied-à-terre tax, an annual fee on luxury properties worth more than $5 million whose owners don’t live in the city full time.
