"I saw Cora," Clancy said in a very quiet voice. "She had a band around her neck." He said the five-year-old was "face down" and she was unresponsive. He said he took the bands off of her neck and then saw his son Callan, 8 months old, also with a band around his neck. Then Patrick went to find his other son, Dawson, and found the three-year-old in the dad's basement office with a band on his neck. "I knew that he was gone," Patrick told the jury.
