It's interesting because I can't tell if it's been modernized or if it's some kind of vandal proof edition from Otis... It has the original series 1 fixture setup in the cab, but the buttons are kind of generic. On the outside however, there's series 4 buttons! It could also just be that it's maintained by a generic, and they slapped on a few of their buttons. It also got an expired operating permit!
