Gary and I agree on one thing: Britain has become too unequal. Where we disagree is why. I don't believe Britain's biggest problems are simply about how wealth is shared. I believe they're about how wealth is created and how the country is managed. Housing, productivity, taxation and government competence all play a huge role in determining living standards and economic opportunity.
